Shipping policy

Georgias Custom Nails ships worldwide while been based in the UK.

The delivery time for an order is around 7-11 days, this includes the making of the product and delivery time, all products are made by order, this is just an estimated time, some designs may take longer or less time  than others meaning delivery time may vary.

If there is a delay in making your product you will receive a message of us explaining why, if there is a delay with the delivery then you would need to contact the delivery provider for updates, if you are ordering outside the UK your delivery might take a little bit longer depending on the custom regulations in your country.

All import taxes, duties and customs fee are the responsibility of the customer recieving the package. These fees depend on your country and may require local customs or VAT charges. Georgia's Custom Nails will not be responsible for these charges and you would need to contact your local customs office for more information. 

Georgias Custom Nails will not be held responsible for any delays during customs or the postal service, once an order is shipping we have no control and you would need to contact either the service provider or countries customs to get updates
